The National Policy Group (NPG) helps shape GrainGrowers’ policy positions and is an opportunity to represent the views of growers in your area on national issues affecting the industry.

The NPG has been looking at a wide range of issues over the past year and some have attended overseas delegations and attended industry events to represent growers.

This year, growers in the Western Region (SA & WA) are invited to apply.

Rural and Remote First Aid Workshop - Quirindi

24 July 2023

This First Aid course is designed to educate and train attendees to provide first aid on remote and isolated Sites. The course is run over 2 days (Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th July) with an evening session following dinner on day 1. This is a practical scenario designed for participants to locate, assess, treat, and transport a patient to a lit landing area/site for hypothetical interaction with Aeromedical retrieval.

The sessions will commence at 07.30am on both days, with Day 1 concluding after the night session and Day 2 concluding at 5.00pm. Catering for both day sessions are included in the ticket price. Day 1 dinner will be at an additional cost to the participant.
