The AGLP is an ideal opportunity for individuals aged 18-35 who want to embrace the challenge of leading and driving change both on a personal and professional level in the grains industry.
The AGLP is based on an integrated model of leadership knowledge, skills development, enterprise and industry engagement, and application. Throughout the program the program facilitator will mentor individuals through their leadership journey and discuss the progress of the individual’s project.
Alumni often feature in prominent grains industry positions and the program is recommended by 100% of graduates.
