About Lisa Jeitz 

Lisa & Kirk Jeitz are grain producers at Cascade 80 km North West of Esperance in the South East of Western Australia. Kirk was raised on their property and Lisa Joined him in 2004 after working in Agronomy and Farm Business Management for 7 years. Over the past 20 years they have employed over 200 seasonal staff and are proud of their ongoing friendship with many of them. Generally they require four seasonal staff at seeding and six at harvest. Two full time families are an integral part of the operation and have been with them for many years. About Danielle McNamee

Danielle is the founder of ProcessWorx a business that specialises in providing personalised and pragmatic safety and human resource solutions to the agriculture industry.  She is sought after to speak at industry events on Work Health and Safety for farms.  She leads a team of safety professionals that develop safety management systems, training, coaching and compliance advice.  Danielle has a Bachelor of Economics degree and completed the Department of Productivity and Labour Relations graduate program.
